The flow-optimised blade is housed in a sturdy, stainless steel casing, and offers a very large cutting width of 51cm (20 Inch) makes short work of large areas of lawn. A spring-loaded central cutting height adjustment allows for easy switching between seven stages, from 25 to 75mm.
Features a large 55-litre, folding grass catcher box with fill level indicator. Has an easy-to-operate engine-stop bar atop its folding handle.
Fitted with a STIHL Electric Motor (EC) engine and always on ECO Mode for improved battery runtime. It is an extremely energy efficient motor, compact and does not require servicing.
The RMA 253 has an additional battery holder. Working area covered with recommended AP 300s battery is 370m².
